Lucky

I am so lucky~ The weather here is still great today. However, the air looks gray as in Taiwan. Maybe the air quality isn't well because of the heavily pollute by the factories. Anyway, it will definitely be a great day!

Amasing China

In my previous memory, mainland china didn't have much development. Most people here are still suffering with poor and illness. However, right at the beginning of the trip, I found out this is a wrong image. Now, Shang Hai might be more developed than Taiwan. The business area here is much bigger than that in Taiwan. More and more high buildings are setting up here and the construction here are much more organized too.

Take a look at Hong Kong airport and Shang Hai airport. It is much larger than airport in Taiwan. There are so many planes that we could not land as the scheduled time and we need to get off the plane far away from the terminal. Getting on a transfer bus to the terminal, I found that there are a lot of foreign people on the bus too. The develop of china really increase the commercial progress and bring them the steady business income.

As in Taiwan, we usually thought that it is far to travel if the destination takes 2 hours driving. But it seems normal here. I never seen so many cars on the road. Maybe except New York, no place will be like this~

After the long trip in the car, we had the fantastic dinner in a restaurant which it's owner is a Taiwaness too. After dinner, I took some time to look at the amazing landmark in Shang Hai, The Eastern Perl. Although we have Taipei 101, but this is totally different... I still can't find a word to describe my feelings.

The bad part is, although the hardware here are above developed, the mind of the people are still undiscovered. They didn't have much chance for the education. No wonder I feel strange looking into their faces.

The stores besides the road are pretty special. There is also the "buble milk tea" from Taiwan. There are more than 5 film stores with in a block. I think this is really a good sign to explain the great future of their business in sightseens.

There are old buildings which are older than most of us. Some of them were built before the World War I, and they still remain well shaped without damaged. The china government must do a lot of work on it~

Anyway, it's just the begging of the trip. I think I will get more in the future part of the trip. Please wait and see~

Hong Kong International Airport

Nice, this is a good place. They even offer the free wi-fi internet services. Then I can use my laptop here while waiting the take off. I have to admit that I am so tiny and I have too much matters to learn. Hope I can deal with everything well...

My Latest scheduals

It has been about two months after my service for the military. I just stayed at home and do nothing for a long while... I do get some rest, maybe I am alive again:P

Actually, I didn't waste all my time during these days. I teach some students right after their school hours. All I do is read their homework, and mark those wrong or bad ones and make them do it again. It's an easy work, but it takes time.

After these hours, today is my last day with those little friends. They held a party for me, I do feel good. No matter what, I got some good friends afterall~

I am going to main land china next tuesday to see the factories of my uncle and the restaurant of my parents. Hope I can get some great news or stories for you guys...

After that, I will go to California for my study... I will go to the language school first, and apply graduated school over there~ Maybe I will now the States better then!

I'll call it a day, and I will post more stories for you later in the futer!!!

A Story that touches your heart ! by Yahoo Group

A man came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find his 5-year-old son waiting for him at the door...

Son: "Daddy, may I ask you a question"

Daddy: "Yeah sure, what it is?"

Son: "Dad, how much do you make an hour"

Daddy: "That's none of your business. Why do you ask such a thing?"

Son: "I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?"

Daddy: "I make Rs. 500 an hour"

"Oh", the little boy replied, with his head down.

Looking up, he said, "Dad, may I please borrow Rs. 300?"

The father was furious, "if the only reason you asked that is so you can borrow some money to buy a silly toy or other nonsense, then march yourself to your room and go to bed. Think why you are being so selfish. I work hard everyday for such this childish behavior"

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.

The man sat down and started to get even angrier about the little boy's questions.

How dare he ask such questions only to get some money?

After about an hour or so, the man had calmed down, and started to think:

"May be there was something he really needed to buy with that Rs. 300 and he really didn't ask for money very often!"

The man went to the door of little boy's room and opened the door. "Are you asleep, son?" He asked. "No daddy, I'm awake," replied the boy.

"I've been thinking, may be I was too hard on you earlier", said the man, "It's been a long day and I took out my aggravation on you. Here's the Rs.300 you asked for"

The little boy sat straight up, smiling "oh thank you dad!" He yelled.

Then, reaching under his pillow he pulled some crippled up notes. The man, seeing that the boy already had money, started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money, then looked up at his father.

"Why do you want money if you already had some?" the father grumbled.

"Because I didn't have enough, but now I do," the little boy replied. "Daddy I have Rs. 500 now. Can I buy an hour of your time? Please come home early tomorrow. I would like to have dinner with you"

Wow!

Haven't post a thing here for a while. Although I have a 5 days off from the troop, I spent most of my time on sleeping and playing PSP/Video games...

Oh, yes, I went to the video tape shop and rent four movies. Maybe I'll try to post some of my feelings about these films. (War of the worlds, Narnia, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Miss Congenality 2.)

Well, seems like I haven't use English for about two weeks. How's my English anyway? I wonder if someone sees this will get my words or not~ I read some people's blogs, and some of them were extremly strange... The grammar they use were totally different from what I've learned at school. Is this normal? The wiered part is, the writer of the article is so confidence and sure of his English. Somehow, I will try to find out if I an right or wrong~

By the way, I am now trying on the Yahoo! 360°. The day before yesterday, someone send me messages via Yahoo Messanger. I was so surprised that someone's reading my pages. Maybe I really need to add something to make it looks much better.
